Meet Scott DeFalco
Meet Scott DeFalco
Scott DeFalco never planned on becoming an actor.
A lifelong athlete from New Jersey, Scott earned a degree in Communications from Marist College before a devastating knee injury changed the course of his future. An unexpected conversation with a television producer during a flight to Hawaii led to an audition for The Young and the Restless, and launched a career that continues today.
Scott has appeared on over 100 network television shows and has additional credits spanning feature films, national commercials, and live productions, including the 2024 Presidential campaign. Some of his credits include The Young and the Restless, General Hospital, Days Of Our Lives, and Tyler Perry's Assisted Living. He’s worked alongside many famous personalities such as Bo Derek, Morgan Fairchild, Jack Wagner, Genie Francis, Mark Cuban, Mario Lopez, William Baldwin, Sharon Stone, Dean Cain, Katrina Law, Mekia Cox, Casper Van Diem and more.
Beyond acting, Scott has hosted national television programs for E! Network, ESPN Radio, and Football Channel USA. He currently serves as a national spokesperson, appearing regularly on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX affiliates across the country. He also voiced the lead character, Tim Caufmann, in the award-winning video game Dead Space 3.
Unlike many instructors, Scott continues to work professionally in the entertainment industry, allowing him to bring current casting trends, audition techniques, and real-world industry expectations into every class and coaching session. His students learn what today's business demands, not what worked years ago.
As the founder of "ALL IN" Creative, Scott is passionate about helping aspiring performers develop the skills, confidence, and professionalism needed to pursue opportunities in film, television, commercials, hosting, and voice-over. His coaching emphasizes authentic performance, audition technique, on-camera presence, self-taping, communication skills, and career development.
Whether working with aspiring performers who are serious about pursuing opportunities or experienced actors looking to sharpen their skills, Scott creates a supportive, professional environment where students gain confidence, grow as performers, and leave better prepared for their next opportunity.

Why I Teach?
I've spent much of my career working in front of cameras, on sets, and with industry professionals. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share what I've learned and help others develop the skills needed to perform at their best.
There's nothing complicated about it - I enjoy seeing people improve. Seeing the work start to click for someone and watching them grow over time is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
