The "ALL IN" Intensive is our signature year-long training program for actors who are ready to make a serious commitment to their craft and professional development. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: "ALL IN" Creative does not offer refunds for any services or classes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before a scheduled service are eligible for a credit toward a future "ALL IN" Creative service or class. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows made within 24 hours of a scheduled service are not eligible for a credit, and all payments are forfeited. SCHEDULING: Production schedules, filming dates, coaching sessions, and classes are subject to studio, instructor, staff, and equipment availability. While every effort will be made to accommodate requested dates and times, "ALL IN" Creative reserves the right to adjust scheduling when necessary. FOR DEMO REELS: The appointment selected at checkout serves to initiate your project. After purchase, the "ALL IN" Creative team will contact you regarding your editing timeline. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: By participating in any "ALL IN" Creative service, class, coaching session, or production, you grant "ALL IN" Creative permission to photograph, record, and use your name, image, voice, likeness, and performance for portfolio, promotional, educational, website, social media, advertising, and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your images or footage not be used for promotional purposes, simply notify "ALL IN" Creative in writing prior to your scheduled service, and we will honor your request. CLIENT RESPONISBILITIES: Clients are responsible for arriving on time, being prepared for their scheduled service, and providing any requested materials within the communicated timeframe. Delays in providing required materials may affect project completion timelines. "ALL IN" CREATIVE RIGHTS: "ALL IN" Creative reserves the right to reschedule or modify services due to illness, emergencies, equipment failure, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, clients will receive a credit or be rescheduled at no additional cost.
